Tacoma Dome FAQ's
Attendee Questions
Where is the handicap
parking onsite?
Handicap parking is located right by the main entrance into
the lobby on 27th Ave.
Is there wheelchairs that
checked out at the dome?
Yes. Valid ID is needed in order to check them out at the
dome. Ask a ticket taker at the entrance of the show for
more information.
Can you bring food and
drinks into the show?
No. A variety of food is offered once inside the dome.
This is a policy of the dome and not O'Loughlin Trade Shows.
Can you take pictures at
the show?
Yes. We ask you stop by the show office located in the
sports hall to check in with us. Photos are to only be used
for personal use and not for commercial purposes.
If I want to come back
the next day to purchase something does my ticket work to
get me in?
No, unless you have purchased a two day pass. Most
exhibitors have Special Guest Passes which they hand out to
potential buyers to come back another day of the show. Ask
an exhibitor you are interested in purchasing a product from
for more details.
How much is parking?
Parking is $8 per day.
How long approximately
will it take me to walk the show?
This depends on many factors. Each show is different in
size and exhibitors. Home Shows generally take much longer
since there are many more exhibitors then a boat or rv show.
If I really liked doing
business with a vendor who can I relay that to?
Please tell us either at the show or by
emailing us after the
show. We always enjoy hearing good feedback from
attendees.
Exhibitor Questions
What is included with the
booth? Are drape on the sides and rear, electricity,
carpet, tables and chairs extra?
Each booth includes 8' back drape and 3' side drape, 500
watts of electricity, an exhibitor booth sign, 24 hour
security staff, Master passes and discount coupons, and a
City of Tacoma B&O Exhibitor Display License.
Who do we contact for
decorating?
Trade Show Supply House is the official decorator of the
show. You will find their contact information along with
prices in your Exhibitor Manual which is mailed to you
approximately 30 days before the show.
Who do we contact
for electricity?
Hollywood Lights is the official
electrical company of the show. You will find their contact
information along with prices in your Exhibitor Manual which
is mailed to you approximately 30 days before the show.
How do we get phone, fax,
internet at our booth?
The Tacoma Dome now has onsite phone, fax and internet
services. More information on this soon to come.
Is a sign for our company
included or do we need to bring one?
Yes, see above for more details.
Are there any other
options for food?
The Tacoma Dome will now let exhibitors bring in home
made food in small coolers. No McDonald's, Burger King,
etc. A security guard may search the cooler before entering
the show.
Where do we park our
trailer?
Trailer parking is located in the back of the dome in
the "F" Lot. You can reach this lot by 27th Ave. or Wiley
Ave.
Are there spots for rv's?
Yes. $20 for parking per day, $25 with hookups. RV
parking is located in the "J" Lot off of 27th Ave. just
north of the Tacoma Dome.
